Native at Pensons
After five hugely successful years, during which Pensons Restaurant, garnered numerous accolades including Michelin stars and Michelin green stars for sustainability, it is time for us to pass the Pensons baton on to new management.
We are delighted that the incredibly talented team from Native opened their first countryside restaurant at Pensons in May 2024. Chef Ivan Tisdall-Downes and his business partner, Imogen Davis, share many of our values and ethos. Emphasis on using seasonal ingredients from the kitchen garden and local suppliers, as well as a firm commitment to sustainability will continue.
