To coincide with the launch of Liz’s new drinks recipe book, Wild Drinks, come and spend the day learning how to use foraged ingredients to create delicious, seasonal drinks. 

Liz will lead a hedgerow foraging expedition on the Netherwood Estate to discover the joys of Autumn’s bounty, followed by a workshop where she will demonstrate how to make the most of your plunder. 

The day also includes a delicious seasonal lunch,  a wild drink to take home and enjoy later, plus a copy of Liz’s book.
